The result is an unfiltered wheat beer in the Bavarian tradition: hazy and yeast-forward, with the signature esters and phenols of the style. Banana is the dominant note on the nose, with clove spice behind it — both classic markers of Bavarian hefeweizen yeast. The palate is light and slightly fruity, with enough body to feel authentic.
