Bon Voyage's Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from France and dealcoholised by Les Grands Chais de France using spinning cone technology, the same method used across the range. The process removes alcohol at low temperatures, which is gentler on the wine's aromatic compounds than vacuum distillation and gives it a better chance of tasting like the grape it's meant to be. It pours a clear, very pale yellow with faint green highlights — exactly what you'd expect from a decent Sauvignon Blanc. The nose is the best bit: white flowers, pineapple and tropical fruit up front, with a thread of mineral and faint herbaceous notes running underneath. That's varietal, and it reads like the real thing. On the palate the character shifts slightly toward lemon and grapefruit, still fresh and clean, finishing smooth with a light mineral aftertaste.
