The raspberry comes through clean and properly sweet, backed by a citrus sharpness from Sicilian lemon that keeps it from feeling one-dimensional. There's a hint of vanilla in the background, soft rather than sugary. The carbonation is gentle enough that it doesn't overpower the fruit. At 18% juice it's got more going on than the average supermarket presse. Small batch production and Devon spring water give it a cleaner base than most. Good with food, and equally fine on its own. Works well as a mixer if you want something fruity without the sweetness of a cordial.
