The rosé is made from Garnacha grapes and dealcoholised back to 0.0% ABV using traditional methods. It has the red berry character you'd expect — strawberry, raspberry, and a floral cherry blossom note — with a dry backbone that keeps things from veering into juice territory. The bubbles are fine and persistent, and the overall texture is elegant without feeling thin or watery. It's organic and fully vegan, two credentials that are harder to find together in the AF sparkling category. That adds genuine value for those who need both.
