The Sparkling Rosé sits at the fruitier, more celebratory end of the Lautus range. Where the still Rosé is dry and food-focused, this one leans into the occasion — strawberry and raspberry on the nose, a floral lift, and enough sweetness to feel festive without becoming cloying. The bubbles are lively and persistent, which matters: carbonation in dealcoholised sparkling wine does a lot of the heavy lifting that alcohol would normally provide, carrying the fruit across the palate and giving the finish some length. The slight sweetness here complements the fizz rather than fighting it. At 25 kcal per 100ml it's the richest wine in the Lautus range, though still well below most conventional sparkling rosés.
