Cape Malt is Abstinence's alcohol-free whiskey alternative, distilled in South Africa via a bespoke single-batch distillation process, producing a smoky-coloured, whiskey-inspired botanical spirit. It is built on peated and smoked malt and sweet Honeybush. Rooibos, a South African herbal plant, adds a local character to the blend. On the nose, vanilla, caramel, and toffee lead. The palate carries chocolate and spice, along with a trace of peated smoke and American oak. The mouthfeel is rich, with a pleasant viscosity.
