Adnams Ghost Ship Alcohol Free is the alcohol-free version of Adnams' best-selling Ghost Ship Pale Ale, brewed in Suffolk. It is fully fermented before the alcohol is removed through reverse osmosis, meaning the beer is brewed at full strength and the alcohol then extracted. The grain bill draws on East Anglian malts and rye grown by the brewery chairman on his farm near Adnams, with Citra and a blend of UK and US hops adding a citrus finish. On the palate, elderflower, citrus and gooseberry sit alongside a touch of rye spice. It is the UK's No.1 Low-&-No Ale in pubs and bars, created so that everyone could experience the original Ghost Ship in an alcohol-free form.
