Adriatico's non-alcoholic amaretto draws on Filippo Cea almonds from Puglia, hand-picked, slow-roasted, macerated and then distilled. The 0.0% expression shares the same almond distillate as the brand's 28% Roasted variant, with the alcohol removed rather than the base reformulated. Sweetness comes from raw cane sugar at roughly half the concentration of a traditional amaretto, balanced with a pinch of sea salt from Margherita di Savoia on the Adriatic coast. Difford's Guide described it as a viable substitute in an Amaretto Sour and other cocktails.
