Aetos Gentle Sensation Sauvignon Blanc is an alcohol-free white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in Chile. It is made by gentle de-alcoholisation, meaning the wine is fermented as normal and then has its alcohol taken out at low intensity to keep the character intact. The aroma is fresh citrus, with delicate herbal touches alongside. Aetos also makes a Gentle Sensation Cabernet Sauvignon.
