ALT. Orange Spritz is an alcohol-free aperitif made from de-alcoholised wine, meaning wine made at full strength and then stripped of its alcohol. That alcohol is taken out through vacuum distillation, a low-temperature process that protects the flavour, paired with a patented method for capturing and returning the original aromas. It carries a bitter orange flavour, the sort of drink you would reach for before a meal. Because it contains no meaningful alcohol, it is suitable to drink during pregnancy.
