ALT. Organic Sparkling Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling rosé made from Tempranillo grapes grown in sandy and calcareous soils in southern Spain. The grape aromas are captured and added back using a patented aroma recovery process, so the fruit character survives once the alcohol is removed. It is crisp, with strong bubbles and flavours of strawberry, watermelon, summer berries and a trace of herbs.
