The wine is made from 100% certified organic Chardonnay grown in La Mancha, central Spain, where sandy, calcareous soils and a dry continental climate shape the base. The producer, Norwegian company Nolo Nordic AS, applies a patented low-temperature vacuum distillation with aroma recovery to preserve fragrance through the alcohol-free process.
