ALT. Organic Sparkling White is an alcohol-free sparkling white wine made entirely from Chardonnay, a Blanc de Blancs, meaning it uses only white grapes. The fruit grows on sandy and calcareous soils in southern Spain. The wine ferments traditionally in stainless steel tanks, then the alcohol is gently removed by vacuum distillation at low temperature, a method that lifts off the alcohol while protecting the delicate aromas, which are then captured and returned to the wine. The aroma carries green apples, citrus peel and white flowers. It tastes of green apple and light orchard fruit, extra-dry with crisp acidity and strong effervescence. The colour is pale straw. The brand also makes an Organic Sparkling Rosé.
