Amaro Lucano 0% is an alcohol-free amaro, the Italian style of herbal liqueur, made in Italy and adapted from the original Amaro Lucano to keep its complex herbal flavours without the alcohol. The secret recipe dates to 1894 and blends 30 botanicals with bitter herbs. The aroma carries myrtle, rosemary and citrus alongside chamomile. To taste it is bitter but delicate, with myrtle, rosemary and citrus coming through. It is delicately orange in colour and best served chilled, and it works in mixology too.
