Amie Non-Alc Sparkling Rose is built on Grenache grown on clay-limestone soils in the south of France, a grape and terroir pairing that reflects the region's tradition of lighter rosé production. The wine is fermented through to dryness before alcohol is removed, a sequence that allows the base wine to develop character prior to dealcoholisation. Reverse osmosis is used for its ability to preserve the natural aromas of the base wine during the process.
