Ariel Cabernet Sauvignon is an alcohol-free red wine from California, dealcoholised via the spinning cone column technique, meaning the wine is fermented to full strength and the alcohol removed using spinning cones. It is then aged in oak, developing oak spice and vanilla. Deep red in the glass, with a nose of blackcurrant, cherry, and cassis. On the palate, those dark fruit flavours are joined by blueberry and chocolate, with soft tannins. Medium bodied and smooth, with a dry finish.
