Astoria ZEROTONDO Sparkling is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made in Italy from white grapes. The grapes are gently pressed and given a short cold soak on their skins, then held in chilled tanks so fermentation never begins, which keeps it free of alcohol. Naturally sourced carbon dioxide is added before bottling to give it its fizz. It is straw yellow with golden highlights, with a fresh, fruity aroma and a lightly sweet taste.
