It is made by natural distillation, where botanicals are drawn out through a distillation process and then blended with natural flavours. Key botanicals include juniper and angelica root. The flavour is zesty citrus with subtle spice, and the finish is rounded and refreshing. It contains 75 times less alcohol than a classic gin and tonic.
