Bach Brewing All Day Non-Alcoholic IPA is a 0.5% IPA from Auckland, New Zealand. Unlike most alcohol-free beers, which are brewed at full strength and then have the alcohol removed, this one uses a specialised yeast that produces very little alcohol during fermentation itself. The hop bill features Citra, Mosaic, and Nectaron varieties, giving the beer a tropical fruit character typical of New Zealand-style IPAs.
