Rosé Sparkling
Salmon pink sparkling rosé from the Languedoc, dry with red berries
About This Drink
Baron de Chanteclerc Rosé Sparkling is an alcohol-free sparkling rosé made by François Pugibet at Domaine La Colombette in Béziers, in France's Languedoc. It is made from 100% Grenache grapes and produced in limited scale. The wine is dealcoholised, meaning it is fermented at full strength before the alcohol is removed. It is salmon pink in the glass. Made in a dry rosé style, it tastes of red berries and stone fruits, with oaky and citrus flavours and a fresh, lightly spicy character. The brand also makes a White Sparkling version.
