Baron de Chanteclerc Rosé Sparkling is the rosé in the brand's sparkling range, produced at Domaine La Colombette, a fourth-generation family estate run by the Pugibet family in Béziers, Languedoc. The estate specialises in alcohol-reduction techniques. Made entirely from Grenache, this alcohol-free sparkling rosé is dealcoholised using a combination of reverse osmosis and distillation, with CO2 added after dealcoholisation to restore the sparkle.
