Baron de Chanteclerc White Sparkling comes from Domaine La Colombette in Béziers, a fourth-generation family estate run by François and Vincent Pugibet. The estate has built a specialism in dealcoholisation, combining reverse osmosis with distillation to remove alcohol, with CO2 added post-process to create the sparkling character. It sits alongside the Rosé Sparkling in the Baron de Chanteclerc range, both produced from the estate's Languedoc vineyards.
