About This Drink
BERO Edge Hill Hazy IPA is an alcohol-free hazy IPA named after the Kingston upon Thames primary school attended by BERO co-founder Tom Holland. It uses maltose-negative yeast fermentation, a method where the yeast ferments simple sugars such as glucose but leaves maltose largely unconverted, producing flavour complexity with very little alcohol generated. The grain bill combines barley, wheat and oats.
