Noon Wheat is the wheat beer in BERO Brewing's alcohol-free range, a label co-founded by Tom Holland. Each product in the range carries a personal reference, and Noon Wheat takes its name from Holland's schnauzer. At 14 IBU, it registers toward the lower end of bitterness for the style.
