BOLLE Blanc de Blancs is an alcohol-free sparkling white wine blended from 73% Chardonnay and 25% Silvaner, the grapes grown sustainably in Spain's La Mancha region. The wine is twice-fermented, then dealcoholised at BOLLE's facility in Germany, meaning it is made as a full-strength wine before the alcohol is removed using the brand's patented method. To taste it is citrus-led, with lemon, grapefruit and lime. The brand also makes a sparkling rosé.
