About This Drink
BOLLE Chardonnay Still White is a dry alcohol-free white wine blended from 75% Chardonnay and 25% Silvaner grapes, grown in the La Mancha region of Spain and made by Roberto Vanin. It is twice-fermented, which BOLLE calls the world's only twice-fermented non-alcoholic still wine: the wine is fully dealcoholised and then fermented a second time rather than just having its alcohol stripped out. The aroma is stone fruit and citrus, with apple, apricot, lemon and grapefruit zest. On the palate it turns to pineapple and creamy mango with a mineral edge, and it finishes on vanilla with a creamy texture and crisp acidity.
