About This Drink
BOLLE Rosé Sparkling is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made in Germany and created by Italian oenologist Roberto Vanin. It starts from de-alcoholised Chardonnay and is fermented twice, with a secondary fermentation that builds its bubbles. The alcohol is taken out by gentle vacuum de-alcoholisation, meaning it is drawn off under low pressure so the fruit flavours stay intact. The result is dry and unsweetened, with summer fruit flavours of strawberry, cherry and blackcurrant. It is served in Michelin starred restaurants around the world.
