Sam Neipa is an alcohol-free New England IPA from Brasserie Gobrecht, made in Lille. The recipe aims for the characteristic NEIPA profile: cloudy appearance and smooth body. Mango and passion fruit notes come from dry-hopping, the process of adding hops after fermentation to maximise aroma rather than bitterness.
