Browar Nepomucen FREE PAN DA is an alcohol-free pastry sour brewed in partnership with Deer Bear, a Polish craft brewery. The grain bill combines wheat and barley, fermented with lactic acid bacteria, with mango, passion fruit, orange and yuzu added to the base. It is one of a number of experimental and collaborative releases from the Szkaradowo brewery in Wielkopolska.
