Browar Nepomucen Frutollo is an alcohol-free fruit sour that uses a rye and wheat malt grain bill, a combination that sets it apart from standard wheat-only kettle sours in the Nepomucen range. Raspberry and blackcurrant juice is added after fermentation with lactic acid bacteria. It is brewed at Nepomucen's Szkaradowo site in Wielkopolska.
