Cascadian Tides Stout is the dark beer in Brulo's range, an alcohol-free dry-hopped stout from the Edinburgh-founded brand. The grain bill combines Pilsner, Rye, Wheat, Flaked Oats, Roasted Barley, and Biscuit 50, a layered malt base for the style. Columbus and Simcoe provide the dry-hop additions, drawing on a Pacific Northwest tradition of hop-forward dark beers that the "Cascadian" reference in the name reflects.
