Brut Dargent Free Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling wine from France, made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes. It is produced by traditional vinification first, then de-alcoholised using the centrifugal cone column method, a gentle process that spins the wine to separate out the alcohol while keeping much of the aroma intact. The result is pale pink in the glass, with a strong aroma of small red fruits. On the palate it is fresh and fruity, with a balanced character. It is a non-vintage wine, suited to drinking as an aperitif or alongside desserts. The brand also makes a Free Chardonnay.
