Evergreen, an alcohol-free West Coast pale ale, is brewed by Burnt Mill Brewery in Suffolk. On the nose it has tropical fruit, dank hop character and a gentle malt backbone, with overripe mango, berry fruit and a balanced bitterness. In the glass it is golden amber with a light haze and a soft white head. The palate is rounded and hoppy, with juicy mango, soft berry fruit and a clean West Coast bitterness. It finishes gently bitter and crisp, with tropical fruit that carries through and a dry pale ale snap.
