Buxton Brewery's Axed IPA is an alcohol-free IPA from Derbyshire, developed as a 0.5% take on the brewery's flagship Axe Edge. The aroma carries grapefruit, orange peel, mango and light pine. To taste it is citrus-led and hoppy, with gentle tropical fruit and nectarine over a soft, sweet malt base, finishing with balanced bitterness, and it stays light and crisp.
