Caleno Light & Zesty is the citrus-and-tropical variant in the brand's botanical spirit range, built on ten botanicals including Colombian Inca berry, papaya, pineapple, lemon peel, juniper and green cardamom. The distillation process runs for 48 hours, after which the liquid is left to mature for a further two weeks before bottling. As an alcohol-free spirit, it is designed for gin-style serves where bright, tropical character is the aim.
