Carl Jung Cabernet Sauvignon is an alcohol-free red wine made from grapes grown in Spain. It is dealcoholised, which means the wine is fermented at full strength and the alcohol is then taken out, leaving the character of the original behind. The taste is fruity and fresh, with berry flavours of cassis and blackcurrant. It carries strong tannins and a fresh acidity, ending on a long finish.
