About This Drink
Carl Jung Chardonnay is a still white wine in the brand's non-alcoholic range, sourced from Chardonnay grapes grown in La Mancha, Spain. The dealcoholisation method applied dates to 1907, when Dr. Carl Jung patented a vacuum distillation process in Rüdesheim am Rhein that removes alcohol at low temperature, a technique the brand developed in-house and has applied across its wines ever since. Within the Carl Jung white wine line, it sits alongside a Chardonnay BIO variant and other white and sparkling expressions.
