Casillero del Diablo Zero Sparkling Wine is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made by the Chilean producer from 100% Chardonnay grapes, launched in 2024 as part of a move towards alcohol moderation. It is gently dealcoholised, meaning the wine is made at full strength and then has its alcohol removed. The result is lightly sparkling, with a subtle touch of lime and a balanced acidity.
