About This Drink
Codorníu Zero Brut is the brut sparkling expression in the Codorníu Zero range, made from a blend of Chardonnay and Xarel·lo grapes from D.O. Catalunya. The use of Xarel·lo, a grape variety closely tied to Catalan sparkling wine production, gives the blend a regional character distinct from single-variety alternatives. The Zero range also includes a rosé expression.
