Codorníu Zero Brut is an alcohol-free Spanish sparkling white wine made from Chardonnay and Xarel·lo grapes. The alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation at low temperature, meaning the wine is first fermented at full strength before the alcohol is drawn off under reduced pressure. Pale yellow with fine bubbles, the aromas include green apple, citrus peel and a faint floral lift. On the palate it is dry and fresh, with lemon and pear balanced by a gentle acidity. Melon and apricot come through in the fruit character. The finish is clean and zesty, with a touch of honey.
