It is made from Chardonnay and Xarel·lo (the latter a native Catalan grape variety associated with the region's sparkling wine tradition) sourced from D.O. Catalunya. Dealcoholisation uses low-temperature vacuum distillation, a technique designed to retain the aromatic compounds of the base wine.
