Cognato Cabernet Sauvignon is an alcohol-free red made from hand-picked grapes in South Africa's Western Cape Coastal Region. The alcohol is removed using a vacuum spinning cone, a process that gently separates alcohol from the finished wine at low temperature. The Cognato South African range has held Fairtrade certification since 2020.
