Cognato Chenin Blanc is an alcohol-free white wine from the Western Cape Coastal Region of South Africa. The South African range holds Fairtrade certification. Dealcoholisation is carried out using a vacuum spinning cone, a low-temperature method of separating alcohol from the finished wine, meaning the wine was made at full strength before the alcohol was removed.
