Cognato Chenin Blanc is an alcohol-free white wine sourced from South Africa. The grapes are gently dealcoholised, meaning the wine is fermented to full strength and the alcohol then removed. Pale lemon in the glass, it carries aromas of ripe apple, pear and citrus. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with orchard fruit and clean acidity, and the finish is dry.
