Cognato Sparkling is the sparkling option in Cognato's South African range, alongside still red, white, and rosé wines. The base grape is Chenin Blanc, sourced from hand-picked fruit in the Western Cape Coastal Region, and like the rest of the South African range it carries Fairtrade certification. Alcohol is removed using a vacuum spinning cone process.
