Cognato Sparkling is an alcohol-free sparkling wine sourced from South Africa, produced by a Swedish brand. The grapes are sustainably grown, and the wine is gently dealcoholised, meaning fermented to full strength and then the alcohol removed. Pale straw in the glass with fine bubbles, it carries an aroma of apple, pear and citrus. On the palate it is light and refreshing, with orchard fruit, clean acidity and a dry finish.
