Community Beer Co Nada IPA is an alcohol-free IPA from Community Beer Co in Dallas, Texas. Rather than brewing at full strength and removing the alcohol afterwards, it is made with what the brand calls a "lazy yeast", a strain that does not fully ferment the available sugars and so produces very little alcohol naturally. A heavy dry-hop addition of Citra, Mosaic and Sabro hops gives it a tropical and citrus-forward profile.
