Crossip Fresh Citrus is an award-winning alcohol-free spirit, produced via the brand's unique botanical maceration process, meaning the raw plant material is steeped in liquid to draw out its flavour. It came about from an exploratory trial of different spices, botanicals, and flavours. On the nose, it opens with mandarin and eucalyptus. The palate moves through orange, lemon, and grapefruit, finishing with fiery ginger and a subtle bitterness.
