De Bortoli's The Very Cautious One Shiraz is an alcohol-free red wine from Australia, made from Shiraz grapes by a third-generation family winery. It is de-alcoholised, meaning fermented to full strength with the alcohol then removed. The nose carries blackberry, plum and spice. On the palate, ripe and plush berry flavours come through with blackberry, cherry and soft spice, plus a gentle touch of sweet oak and soft tannins. Smooth tannins carry through to a balanced finish. Best served between 14 and 16°C.
