Doppio Passo Italian Sparkling Alternativa is an alcohol-free sparkling drink made from Northern Italian grapes. It is de-alcoholised by vacuum distillation, where the wine is made at full strength and the alcohol is then gently removed under low pressure to protect the aromatics. The result is fresh, with citrus, apple, pear and flower blossom. It pairs well with fresh pasta with seafood or fish, or with fruity desserts. It sits within the Alternativa range.
