Eisberg Mulled Wine is a non-alcoholic version of the festive Christmas classic, made from the German brand's dealcoholised red wine. Dealcoholised means the wine is fermented at full strength and then has its alcohol removed, giving an alcohol-free base. It is spiced and sweetened in the traditional way, with cinnamon and star anise among the spices, and is meant to be served hot. The flavour is strongly spiced, with dried fruit and orange zest.
