Eisberg Sparkling Blanc de Blancs 0.0% is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made in Germany from Chardonnay grapes. It is dealcoholised, meaning fermented to full strength before the alcohol is removed. The drink has a delicate aroma of yellow Mirabel plum, pear and ripe yellow apple. On the palate it is rich and rounded, with racy acidity and Chardonnay grape character. Best served at 5-7°C.
