A kombucha from Equinox Kombucha, started by Daniel Spayne, Laurie Mutch and friends from Calderdale, Yorkshire. Made in collaboration with Yorkshire brewery T&R Theakston, it is crisp and lightly sparkling, with delicate hop aromas and a subtle bitterness.
