About This Drink
Raspberry & Lemon is one of the fruit expressions in Lo Bros's Kombucha range, fermented over 21 days using a SCOBY culture of black and green tea. Lo Bros never pasteurises its kombucha, meaning the living cultures remain active in the bottle rather than being killed off for shelf stability. During the fermentation process, the SCOBY consumes the majority of the raw cane sugar, which accounts for the drink's notably low sugar content. The result is an alcohol-free sparkling soft drink with a tangy-sweet character from the raspberry and lemon combination.
