Erdinger Brauhaus Helles Alkoholfrei is an alcohol-free Bavarian lager, launched in 2025. It is brewed in Bavaria according to the German Purity Law of 1516, which limits beer to a fixed set of ingredients, using a bottom-fermenting pure yeast. The brewing water is drawn from two of the brewery's own wells, pumped from 160 metres down. It is golden in colour with a white, fine, frothy head. The taste is mild and full-bodied with a balanced malty character and flowery hops, and the aroma carries forest honey. It is best served at 7°C.
